GETTING STARTED

Hello Catz,

Welcome to Tenacious Fitness Unlimited's fitness program! A few helpful tips to keep in mind prior to personal training sessions. Please remember to eat a complex carbohydrate(i.e. sweet potato or yam) at least an hour before your workout. This will help to keep your blood sugar levels stable and provide you with an adequate amount of energy to get you through your workout.

Depending on the weather you will need to dress in comfortable tennis shoes and clothing (i.e. sweat shirt and jogging pants for cooler weather or shorts and a t-shirt for warmer weather) Also, throughout your day please remember to stay hydrated. This can be done by drinking plenty of water throughout your day. I will be sending copy of your meal plan.  It is important that you follow it very closely to get the best possible results.
