The overall goals of our fitness program:

Make healthy food selections.

Increase physical activity and lower obesity.
Our program incorporates intramural sports and cardiovascular endurance exercises specially designed to allow the Kids ages 9 to 12 and Teens ages 13 to 16 to have tons of fun and get acquainted with the Georgia Fitness Test Standards. The program begins with a 15 to 20 minute group discussion on the importance of proper nutrition and fitness tips. Participants will discuss what they know, want to know, and what they learned. Participants will be given occasional assignments for future class meetings.
Kids Fitness
The second portion of class (40 to 50 minutes) is devoted to the physical fitness component. Participants will warm-up and visit various fitness “stations” specially designed to address a particular goal. After all the “stations” are completed participants will cool down and stretch. This program will definitely give your kids and teens a variety of exercise and nutrition tips to help them make wise nutrition choices and move from a sedentary lifestyle to an active physically fit way of life.
Senior Fitness

Are you 50 and looking to lose a few pounds? Tenacious Fitness Unlimited provides a specially designed Group fitness class for older adults (50 and older). Our program includes aerobic condition, musculoskeletal strength, flexibility, nutritional information, personal exercise plan, relaxation technique, post-aerobic condition, and cool down.
