Introduction:


    Welcome to Tenacious Fitness Unlimited.  Get set to sweat and experience the true epitome of tenacity!  This Boot Camp is some what  different from all of the others in the Metro Atlanta area.  We provide small group fitness training and in some cases individual personal training.  Prior to joining "the camp" a detailed consultation will be provided.  Once this has been completed a
customized program will be created to meet the need of a potential client.
    The consultation will highlight
the benefits, outcomes and possible risk of this service.  In some cases, where additional questions of health arise, a potential client will be asked to provide a doctor's consent form before starting Boot Camp Training.
