           Welcome to "the pride" of Tenacious Fitness Unlimited.  As a new member of "the pride" you will now be identified as a "cub". Our "tiger cubs"  have traveled as far as Austell, Buford, Conyers, and Riverdale, Georgia  three to four times a week to experience Tenacious Fitness Unlimited at its best!
           Tiger cubs, you will be encouraged to maintain a daily food, and exercise journal while you are away from "the pride".
  While you are with us, get ready to have fun and reach your fitness related goal!  Our fitness programs include Aquatic Fitness, Group/Personal training, and Plyometrics. We also provide sport's specific training programs. The "tiny" tiger cubs are not left out at Tenacious Fitness Unlimited. Very soon, we will be providing sport's specific activities for the "tiny" tiger cubs too! As you travel through our "fitness jungle", take a moment to view our calendar section.
